Gallup, Rasmussen, and Fox News Polls Have President's Approval Under 50% as Well
For the last few weeks, I have been closely monitoring the Presidential Approval Rating of Barack Obama. In that time, I have noted the times when he fell below fifty percent by at least three polling sources. Yet, I have recieved numerous complaints saying that my sources are "biased," and that the President's approval rating is much higher than what they were showing.
Now, the facts are in.
CNN now tracks the President's approval at 48%. Regardless of the fact that Fox News, Gallup, and Rasmussen confirm that Mr. Obama's approval is under 50%, CNN's poll can speak for itself. It cannot be argued that CNN has it out for the President, that they want him to fail, that they are biased against him. Using the logic of those who stated that we cannot use the numbers of Rasmussen or Fox, I will only use CNN's:
Our President's Approval is at 48% and his Disapproval is at 50%. In other words, more people disapprove of how the President is handling his job than those who approve.
The Honeymoon is officially over. The facts cannot be denied.

No, Barry will just have Nancy and Harry outlaw polling. Problem fixed. Of course you can't trust these polls....or you can only trust them when they give Barry high numbers.

As I have said time and again, you can skew a poll simply by the way you word the question. 48% still seems a little high. The only way that someone could still approve of the way that Obama is doing his job, is if they are a hard committed leftist, or aren't paying attention.

No you didn't. You haven't received any complaints that your sources are biased. Here's the link to your November 25th post on the same subject. Not a single commenter claimed your sources were biased.
I'll claim instead that you make up straw man arguments to make "news" out of something you already reported 10 days ago.
But feel free to show I'm wrong, Michael. Show us a link to the 'complaints' you received.

You are providing an answer to a different question. Although it would be easy to ASSUME the author meant blog comments, he didn't say comments on his post. There are emails, personal contacts, telephones, and complaints written on other blogs, all of which would qualify as 'receiving complaints'. It is possible that you are correct, but you have insufficient evidence to say for sure, even though you write as if you do.

Since he states there are "numerous" complaints you'd expect to find at least one on a blog post he wrote 10 days ago on the very same subject.
Perhaps you're right. Perhaps he has no backup whatsoever. I am holding out hope that he can show where I am wrong, where he in fact received not one but "numerous" complaints...
I'd hate to think that he's just making up facts and lying to this blog's readership.

Well to be fair, and believe me I'm no Obamaite, Sir Ronald Reagan was at about the same polling as Obama is now at this point in his first term. He inherited a mess from Carter, staggering unemployment, hyper-inflation etc., Of course the similarities end there and it comes down to the policies implemented by each administration.
Reagan set out a pro-growth, strong military, vision for America and no matter how much facist/elitists try to re-write it, his policies led to the longest peacetime growth in American History, we woke up from a foreign policy morass brought on by our defeat in Vietman and he returned America to the leader in world standing.
Obama and this Congress are on the exact opposite course. High tax, strict regulatory policy, job destroying Cap and Trade legistlation along with attempts to emplace another entitlement that there is no way possible to afford. This Admin./Congress will kill any type of weak recovery, jobless at that, that the American economy attempts.

We have ultra left wingnuts, in the White House, and Peloser, and Harry Weed Whacker, and their gang of thugs, trying to implode this country, so that it leads to catastrophe's that are needed in order to have a socialist, communist, etc. country. This is their plan. They all hate the constitution, capitalism, and God. The people who believe these liberals, (socialists), etc., are the uniformed, uninterested, and don't give a dam, about what is truly happening to this great nation. They don't want to get involved, becasue it will take time away from soap-operas, and macdonalds. They are moronic to a fault. Obama is purposely trying to bankrupt this nation- weaken our defense- and wants to be the leader of the world. He has kissed every dictators ass, and they all spit in his face. The reason for this push on health-care, is bacause he has the health-care unions lobbying for it, so that they all can make their millons upon millions of dollars, and also to have these people vote for the annointed one. Yet he will not stand by the people, who are trying to keep this country safe,(cia-navy seals-etc. He is a major disgrace. To those who don't agree with me, go to hell, and I don't give a dam, what replies I get from this . GOD BLESS AMERICA.
