The man is a hall of fame ditherer:
The Obama administration has come under strong criticism from Republican lawmakers and some residents and business owners in lower Manhattan for a decision by the Justice Department to try confessed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other suspects in civilian court.
Asked on Sunday in an interview with CBS News whether the administration still planned to hold the trial in New York City, Obama said, "I have not ruled it out."
"But I think it's important for us to take into account the practical, logistical issues involved," he added.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg originally said he supported the plan, but when costs for security reached an estimated $1billion, he said holding the trials elsewhere -- like a military base -- would make more sense. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said he was never briefed by the Justice Department about its plans to stage the trials in lower Manhattan."If you've got a city that is saying 'no' and a police department that's saying 'no' and a mayor that's saying 'no,' that makes it difficult," President Obama said.
Oh... poor, poor Mr. President... governing is so hard... sigh... so hard...
And we have idiots saying that Palin is the incompetent one?
Good grief.

I have been alive through quite a few presidencies, but this guy and his administration have surpassed anyone else when it comes to competence in planning. They don't got it. ww

Please ... tell me this did not only recently occur to him.

If he makes a decision, it's his, he owns it, can't blame Bush.
The dithering allows for what the left likes to refer to as nuance. Sounds good, decides nothing, can't be blamed.

Alas, these poor fools from Chicago never considered that there might actually be human beings that disagree with their lunatic assumptions.
I think it's time for Obama to rid himself of these incompetents and surround himself with talent that would be a massive step-up for him: you know, like Al "acorn" Franken.
I know what you're thinking: "Isn't Al Franken a complete fool"?
Ans: Well, yes. But it's all relative, isn't it?

Poor Barry. Can't get used to someone telling HIM "No!".
Rahm should tell HIM that whining is unbecoming of a President.
