Having passed ObamaCare knowing that a majority of voters oppose the legislation, Democrats in Congress are announcing themselves martyrs already simply because some nuts have allegedly made threats against them. House Majority Leader Stenny Hoyer is leading the pre martyrdom parade by asking House Republicans to denounce the imaginary threat, confident that willing dupes in the media will join him the charade:
House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer is warning that some of his Democratic colleagues are being threatened with violence when they go back to their districts -- and he wants Republicans to stand up and condemn the threats. The Maryland Democrat said more than 10 House Democrats have reported incidents of threats or other forms of harassment about their support of the highly divisive health insurance overhaul vote. Hoyer emphasized that he didn't have a specific number of threats and that was just an estimate.
Fortunately Minority Leader John Boehner cleared up the confusion and told the Majority Leader, in a way, to find a pair:
"I know many Americans are angry over this health care bill, and that Washington Democrats just aren't listening," Boehner said. "But, as I've said, violence and threats are unacceptable. That's not the American way. We need to take that anger and channel it into positive change. Call your congressman, go out and register people to vote, go volunteer on a political campaign, make your voice heard -- but let's do it the right way."
I think what has some Democrats like Bart Stupak scared silly is that voters in his own district, and supporters from a constituency he has conned and manipulated for years, have figured out he is a liar, and a bad one. Man up Bart, go home and take the heat. Now that you have become a verb in the political dictionary you can take the good with the bad or better yet, resign. The imaginary violence the Democratic Whiners really fear is what Boehner is recommending: some good old fashioned Democracy, which is on its way in November. All the posturing about threats and violence are a pretense. These Democrats know they are going to get in November some of what Baron was talking about this morning, and they're already complaining. The fact that they aren't acting like winners says they know they are losers.

They want to preemptively characterize opposition as unhinged and violent. Unfortunately for them they already know that the opposition has geared up big time for the fall elections. They see their opposition candidates making huge gains in donations. People are energized as I have never seen.

They openly advocated the assassination of GW Bush and then when called on it claimed "dissent is the highest form of patriotism". Note that today the answer is, "the people voted for change so they should just shut up."
They do not believe in a right or wrong, they say that such things are all relative. They believe that anything including murder is acceptable as a means to their ends.
They will lie and frame their opposition as racist as the congressmen did this week, or as happened at UCSD and Columbia U.
They will do anything they can conceive of to win no matter how dishonest or illegal.
Expect their abuse of the polls to be epic this fall. If you thought Holder's looking the other way with the Black Panthers was bad, expect him to be openly abetting their outright violence against whites this fall.

Where was the FBI and the rest of the federal law enforcement people, when the same people that are doing the whining now, were making death threats against George W Bush and the Republican members of Congress? They sure the hell was not on the job then. I can think of several instances where W was directly threatened and not one arrest was made.
Now that Obama is the Prez, people get arrested for sporting a bumper sticker on their car, saying no to health care. Seems that the Dems are the ones that should be investigated for all kinds of infractions, but they always get a pass from the federal law enforcement community when it comes to shit like this.
As I stated above, these shenanigans are emanating from inside the Democrat party and the MSM is playing it like a Stradivarius. This strategy will also backfire on the Dems, once the the truth comes out, like it always does in things like this. The people are getting wise to the Dems and their cry baby tactics and will hopefully boot them all out.

I remember when that hatchet face Rhandi Rhodes simulated gun fire at Pres Bush and I recall the left not having too big a problem with it.
We're going to hear more fabrication, exaggerations and lies because the whole intellectual foundation between those big dumbo ears of the former crack head are built on lies, radical suppositions and failed but specious theories taught by greasy haired drugged malcontents who are as worthless to society as the idiot who thinks he's King.
