If you had a brain in your silly head, you would have noted that although the 2003 legislation is prominently featured in the 2009 complaint against Blago (pp. 19-23), it disappears completely from the superseding indictment. Why? Because it is the centerpiece of the Board case against Obama.

obama won't be impeached. Even if (and that's a big if) the Blago trial uncovers enough evidence to demonstrate the Barry was involved in some illegal doings, by the time it comes out he will be in the 2012 election cycle and he will be gone.

With people speculating about not whether he will have a primary opponent, but how tough that opponent will be, I don't anticipate more than 4 years of this crap unless he acts to suspend elections.

I don't see how the judge can deny Blago's side the chance to examine Obama. He and Obama had at least one conversation on the Senate seat recorded by the FBI, and Obama was questioned about their contacts. Rezko is a prime witness against Blago and was Obama's close associate, supporter, next-door neighbor, etc. Obama could potentially offer exculpatory testimony, or testimony which might contradict or at least impeach Rezko's.

Of course, he could always take the Fifth.

Impeach Obama Now - Avoid the Rush!

Words are not enough to describe what Obama has done to our country in such a short time.

Only a one term President would move so fast and so far. He knows his time is short and he will make the most of it for himself alone.

Fear not good people, after only a short time in the history of America will Obama be gone and we will start to forget.
