In total, the Gore Institute received $352 million dollars of federal stimulus funding and 3 unicorns from the Obama administration to produce the stunning visual displays.

On a side note - Maybe Wizbang can start a category called
Who p*ssed the trolls off the most .
Winner would be whoever collects the most negative votes from the trolls. (I would win hands down it seems).
I never thought that a negative voting capability worked very well for caption contests. You need the plus voting capability and the report to signal to get rid of off-topic rants. It probably would be more difficult programmatically to allow for a different type of voting for different types of posts.

I never thought that a negative voting capability worked very well for caption contests. You need the plus voting capability and the report to signal to get rid of off-topic rants. It probably would be more difficult programmatically to allow for a different type of voting for different types of posts.
