NBC is reporting that President Obama will nominate Solicitor General Elena Kagan to The Supreme Court tomorrow at 10 A.M. SCOTUSblog has a pretty thorough post on her background and writings.

I would like a thorough review. Any person that the media tells US we should not question or really look into is Dangerous look at the "Blank Slate" BHO.
Reading her papers looks like BHO has another judge for Net Neutrality and Fairness Doctrine.
I would love to see the following two txt::
Presidential Administration," Harvard Law Review.
Not to mention she BFF with BHO and does the guy have any moderate friends?

"Kagan's side decisively lost the FAIR case in the Supreme Court. I wrote while the case was pending in the Supreme Court that some lawsuits deserve a fate worse than failure. While decent military recruiters suffered the rudeness of their purported betters at Yale Law School and elsewhere in silence, the armed services of the United States were (and are) actively defending the freedom of those schools from peril. The rank ingratitude of those who should know better is a disgrace that deserves to be widely recognized as such."
This is the smart-ass president flipping-the-bird to America. If the Republicans in Congress don't fight this nomination, what nomination will they fight? God help us if Obamalala gets anymore nominations.
