Oh, payback, you fickle, fickle bitch. I love you so. I just can't quit you.
Over in Israel, some young folks haven't been overly appreciative of Turkey's attempt to break the Israeli blockade of Gaza. They've decided that not only is sauce for the goose also sauce for the gander, but goose/gander sauce is kosher.
They're trying to put together a "relief flotilla" of their own. This one will sail to Turkey with goodies for the oppressed Kurds.
Where could they have come up with such a brilliant notion?
Mazel tov, youngsters.

I'm sure the Turkish navy will show how 'welcomes' should be done.

Turkey has been one of our - and Israel's - most faithful allies from WWII right up until they refused permission to use their bases and airspace as part of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Some had been warning of the rise of islamism among the population, and the election of Erdoğan only days before had an influence on the decision.
It appears the tide has fully turned now, Turkish islamists were only biding their time for the proper moment. The election of a hopelessly weak President in the US has given them the signal to shift the country's course.

Perhaps a million pamplets air-dropped to the Kurds promising them military support, if they conduct an uprising, and some midnight caravans from Israel into Armenia with military looking missle shapes, ought to get somone's attention and stop the silliness.

If they replicated the helen thomas goatilla for peace, they would be able to turn the turks to stone just by parading her face up front of the goatilla. No weapons required, just helens face. Yeah, that will bring peace to the mid-east. Everything turned to stone just like the pyramids.
