Aeronautics (the science, art, theory, and practice of designing, building, and operating aircraft)
[and]
Space (look UP, Lee)

Yep Lee, the Boosh administration went ahead and ordered up 911. It was an inside job designed so Cheney /Rumsfeld could kill as many peace loving fanatics as they want and secure the oil fields for themselves.
They also arranged the U.S.S Cole bombing and hundreds of other peaceful attacks to secure power for themselve's.

I saw no "argument", much less a "strong" one.
I saw a couple of completely unsupported assertions which have no basis in fact and for which you offered no supporting evidence.

Lee, perhaps there is a remedial education program offered thru a local community college you could seek out in order to better prepare yourself to engage in "argument" or "debate".
On the other hand, considering the quality of your posts (which are directly indicative of the caliber of your reasoning), it probably wouldn't help.
And yet, even in this time of Nobama, the "hope" for "change" for some of the dumbest amongst us does indeed spring eternal.

NASA's mission is not to "reach out" to the Islamic nations in the hope to expand technical knowledge because to the best of my information the only technology the Muslim's are currently interested in pertain to destructive devices.
Come to think of it, they haven't provided any useful technology to civilization in over a thousand years. It speaks volumes to their intellect, or extreme lack thereof.

i propose that the agenda of Obama and NASA is far reaching. Hypothetically speaking: train islamists and muslims for space flight so that they make deportation journey to a galaxy far, far away, on an survivable exoplanet, to which they can seed a new warmongering race called Klingons. Lee can join them as well. The Left should love heart felt stories like this.

Obama or his lacky did not say Arabs but Muslims. That is a religious preference by a federal agency. Clearly a violation. I notified the ACLU and will sue them if they do not act.
