Supposedly, this video has been in the news the past couple of days.
First time I saw it, I dismissed it as a prank, but, it appears to be authentic.
That fact that this happened is stunning.
That it was actually caught on video is amazing.
Almost a miracle the two boaters were not hurt.
(I embedded the wrong video, showing only still pictures. The correct one is now up. Thanks to Anon Y. Mous for pointing out the error. -Shawn)

But, it wasn't caught on "video". What you have here is 4:21 of talking heads. As far as the incident, you have one still shot of the whale emerging from the water, and then one still shot of the remains of the boat. They are impressive pictures, but video of the event they ain't.

If that's 'harassing' then it's time that humans GOT OUT OF THE WATER!
Too bad it wasn't John Kerry's yacht. The one he "maintains" in Rhode Island. But that's just for convenience, NOT for the taxes he DOESN'T PAY if he kept it in dear old Massachusetts.
