Howard was so much more sensible and distinguished when he was in the middle of his pubescent death scream. Listening to him pontificate now makes me wonder if the cows aren't indeed the most intellegent creatures in Vermont.

Hey Rick, you haven't ever met Gov. Dean, have you? You ever actually, you know, talk to the guy? Do you have any idea what you are talking about?
You of course have your MD, right? And done so after leaving the lucrative family Wall Street business to, you know, actually help people. Sure, Howard's stupid and an idiot because he knows that Fixed News doesn't actually need to bother with reporting and fact checking and silly useless stuff like that when it can pick up any unsubstantiated blog post it chooses and make it "news".
BTW, did you miss the part where Newt basically agreed with Howard? Watch it again, maybe you'll see it - nah, not likely.
Oh, and Don, you were in the room with Gov. Dean in Iowa, right? Of course not since no one in the room, including the reporters, could actually hear him, a fact Diane Sawyer later confirmed along with the minor detail that the audio on the tape, played non-stop by all of the cable stations, was picked up by a uni-directional mike that captured his voice, no audience noise thank you very much, cracking after a long day as he cheered on his supporters, but the facts are of course irrelevant when you have a meme to uphold.

Brian says the worst part about Herr Doktor Deangele's behavior is that Herr Doktor knows full well what the truth is, but chooses to repeat lies.
And that's the Gospel Truth.
But it's also definitive of America's (il)liberal politicians whose entire careers are built around their abilities to lie to people too damned stupid to know they're being lied to and/or who're too damned mean-spirited and/or greedy to care.
To the people, that is, of way below average intelligence and who're criminal aliens and/or felons and/or fascists or crypto-fascists and who're usually referred to as the "Democratic" potty's "base."

Dean, like any good leftist, was never particularly concerned with truth or accuracy.
To his credit, I believe he faithfully represents today's Democratic Party, such as it is.
