But the love, strangely enough, is waning a bit:
Muslim Americans continue to give President Barack Obama the highest job approval rating of any major religious group in the U.S., while Mormons give the president the lowest ratings.

No officials in the Obama administration could be reached for comment as I'm sure they're all very busy attempting to figure out how best to appease their Muslim followers, a particularly tough to please crowd.
The rest of America shudders.

Oh shit, this is bad news for the LDS'ers. We all know where the DOJ is headed next after they see thee figures. Utah needs to secede and put up fences real quick with check points to only let in the faithful refugees that will flee to the safety of the tabernacle.

Mormons tend to push the 'self-reliance' meme a lot, if I recall correctly. While Islam seems to push the 'will of Allah, Allah will provide' fatalistic viewpoint. Read an article a few years back about military maintenance in Islamic countries - apparently the 'will of Allah' is no substitute for regular oil changes and greasing when it comes to sand...
But it's not surprising they'd prefer Obama - after all, isn't Obama trying to provide, so Allah won't have to?
"God will provide!" "Yeah, God provided you with a job with a company that provides the oil and filter and grease. Get your butt out there and do a lube on #47..."

The % will be higher if Barry can fulfill his Cordoba maneuver.

Popularity among muslims is declining? Well I suppose that even they want there to be something left after they have taken over.

I suspect the higher muslim numbers correspond to a higher number of blacks who are muslim. Interesting if we had a race overlap, eh?

If we grade Barry's approval like affirmative action did his grade's he would poll a good 10-15% higher across the board.
