More Democrats finding Obama's economic plan quite skunkish

Thinking people know it stinks... and they're more and more open about distancing themselves from the smell:

In a sign that Democrats are not on-board with what was supposed to be a major cornerstone of their platform this fall, an increasing number of Democratic incumbents and candidates are criticizing Pres. Obama's economic plan.

Within 24 hours of Obama's major address in Ohio on Thursday, a Democratic senator, three House Democrats and another two Democrats vying for open House seats all distanced themselves from Obama's economic plan.

The piece goes on to detail 7 Democrats running for office who are running from Obama.

It's hope and change to believe in baby.

I think Obama will be happy he is finally creating the bipartisanship he has wanted since the beginning of his administration.

The Democrat Congressional leadership has allowed incumbent Dems facing tight races this November to vote against the Democrat agenda and to campaign against the Democrat agenda simply to get re-elected.

If that isn't a repudiation of the Democrat agenda, that the only way a Democrat can win (in a district that isn't ultra-liberal) is to run as a Republican, then I don't know what is.

They can't run away from what they enthusiastically embraced just a few months ago. They sold their souls for either a little pork, or a chance to be involved with something 'historic'.

They toed the line of Pelosi and Reid and voted for everything Obama and his socialists wanted. They claimed the GOP was being 'obstructive' when their own party held control of both houses and easily passed Obama's agenda.

You can run but you can't hide from this Dems.

I believe that the Dem's are not as stupid as we think. This "plan" by President Obama is a ploy to stop the tsunami. He goes out and says that he wants to spend 50 Billion more to rile up his base (lefty morons) and lets the so-called "blue dogs" speak out against it. That way they can run against the President even if they voted for the stimulus and Obamacare.

BTW, Obamacare has taken a new casualty in my family. My brother-in-law started a business (one-man at first) two years ago, but will have to give it up since he can't afford the new health insurance premiums. Made it through the recession only to be "gunned down" by Obamacare.

It makes no difference how many dems run from Husseins latest taxpayer funded charitable contribution to organized labor. The intent has always been to accuse republicans of standing in the way of job creation. But Americans are no longer buying the media sponsored agitprop.

Too bad, guys--you orchestrated it, and now you OWN it. Nobody's buying the sudden epiphany, and you'll reap the consequences of YOUR actions.

It's my fond hope that the fallout from those policies will result in the progressives wandering the political wilderness for decades to come.

All that aside, repealing, defunding or whatever action necessary to expunge these abominations will likely take decades to accomplish. So keep in mind, November is only the onset--not the end.

And the tears will taste SO sweet.

Yep. Opposition suits them; then they can talk about all the wonderful things that would happen if only they had power.

But now that they have power, they only have bullshit to fall back on. Even the dumbest liberals can now see the results of their policies. It ain't pretty, and attempts to blame others won't wash.
