So saith The Undertaker, Sen. Harry Reid, on the Ed Schultz show yesterday. It has to be seen to be believed:
Sorry Harry, but your solutions for all our ills have quadrupled the annual federal deficit, added over $3 trillion to the national debt, kept our government's "official" U3 unemployment rate over 21%, and headed our economy directly toward a double-dip recession.
But please, go ahead and take credit for saving the world.
(h/t Ed Driscoll)
Oh, and don't forget Sen. Barbara Boxer's inexplicable whopper from last week: "I voted for over $2 trillion of tax cuts."
These people are beyond pathetic.

Oh for Pete's sake. Remember when everyone used the term "hubris" when they railed on about the Bush admin? I'm thinking it's aptly applied here. Even Reid got a brief stupid grin on his face as he said that. This, folks, is what happens when these people get so entrenched in the the power circle. They think they're gods and saviors to the world. This man disgusts me.

When the first person to comment nails it, there isn't much left for the rest of us but to give them an "up" vote. Or maybe a standing O.

The sad thing is that both Reid and Boxer are so delusional that they really believe this crap.

What an idiot... Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel rejected Keynesian stimulus for her country and today their economy is recovering nicely. Ours is sinking rapidly into round two of the Second Depression.

Reid falls victim to the "The Biden Effect": The act of opening one's pie-hole, resulting in the elimination of all doubt as to their tenuous grasp of reality. Other examples, see: Pelosi N., Moonbat, CA
"But for me, we'd be in a world-wide depression" - As compared to the Marxist Utopia we're experiencing now?
Keep humming that tune Harry, surely you have few supporters left who don't appreciate how thoroughly clueless you really are.
