Heh, reminds me of a woman that I met at the train station one day. She was ranting to the poor attendant during the 2008 election season about McCain and how Obama would be so wonderful. Like an idiot, I opened my mouth (in a very polite and respectful manner) to let her know that I disagreed, at which point she started ranting at me. All I did was smile the entire time, which made her conclude that I was an "asshole" and she threatened to call the police to keep me a way.
All for listening and smiling at her during her rant.
I wished her a nice day as I boarded. That REALLY bothered her.
