Those of you old enough might remember a joke from the old days of the Soviet empire. I'm roughly paraphrasing here.
One day, Mikhail got fed up with his local Communist Party Commissar and called him an idiot. He was promptly arrested by the KGB and sentenced to 15 years in the Gulag -- 5 years for insulting the commissar, ten for revealing a state secret.
I was reminded of that joke when I heard this story from the WikiLeaks release of confidential diplomatic cables: last year, the Obama administration was talking with Russia about the problems with Iran. We struck a deal: we would cancel the planned missile defense system we were working on with Poland, and Russia would support increased sanctions against Iran. We upheld our end, and the Russians promptly reneged on theirs.
Which puts me in mind of another joke, my favorite Polish joke. The punchline there is baed on knowing that, historically, the Russians have spent centuries screwing over the Poles -- and this is just one more example.
Two pretty funny jokes. I just can't bring myself to laugh.

Ah yes. I recall the left vilifying Reagan as an idiot. Yet he said, "Trust, but verify."
Obama is supposed to be a genius yet he still is incapable of learning the basic lessons that supposed morons have already mastered.
The only people dumber than obama are the fools who voted for him.

I take a back seat to no man in my disdain for Obama's supposed intellect, but I think it is unfair to claim the Russians snookered him on the missile defense deal.
He always intended to give it away for nothing, and that is what he did. It's stupid, short-sighted, and evil, but he wasn't tricked into it.

Encourages their citizens to illegally enter into the US.
Has lost control of Narco Terrorist which has caused crime and kidnapping to skyrocket in several border states.
Yeah so we support their Government by stopping American drilling in the Gulf and giving Billions to Mexico so they can drill.

Sucking up to the Russians was simply a knee-jerk reaction as Øbama has done with every enemy of the Constitution, foreign or domestic.
Øbama (stated in his 2008 campaign) was canceling Missile Defense all along for the simple fact as it weakens a nation he (and his wife) has steadfastly claimed is racist & corrupt.
Look, he's has never deviated from "The Cloward - Piven Strategy" not one iota. Whether his strings are being pulled by Soros, or this is his True Belief, either way, we are screwed until this regime is neutered.

I always like the joke about the suicidal guy who calls a telephone help line and discovers it staffed by folks in Afghanistan. The staffer gets all excited when the suicidal guy calls in, and asks him, "Can you drive a truck?".
