This week's Weekend Caption Contest™ was a big success considering it occurred over a long holiday (for most people) weekend. The assignment this week was to caption the following picture:
Here are the winning entries:
1) (retired military) - "Obama demonstrates his idea of redistributing the wealth by giving away other people's food."
2) (Faith+1) - "When the TOTUS was offline Obama was heard to reply 'I'm welcome.'"
3) (Stephen Macklin) - "The President was photographed today handing out goodie bags at a party for outgoing House Democrats."
4) (Baron Von Ottomatic) - "The line would have moved faster if it hadn't been for the mess Obama inherited from the previous volunteer."
5) (Clancy) - "Finally, a job he's actually qualified for..."
6) (fustian) - "Michelle was supposed to be here, but she just said, 'let them eat cake.'"
The Readers Choice Award this week went to retired military's winning entry. In its place I offer another of my favorites:
(sarahconnor2) - "Boy, I hope all these poor people stop coming in. I got a hoops game to make."
That's all for this weekend. A new edition of the Wizbang Weekend Caption Contest™ will debut Friday morning.
