Mrs. Rice is one of my all time favorite people in the political world. As was mentioned earlier she has a certain quality. In my opinion she has several and it is hard to separate my favorite from her wisdom, her ability to think calmly and rationally and her obvious ability no call BS BS.
The American people would be well served by her and I would definitely vote for her if she ever chose to run.
