a) that kind of rhetoric probably alienates more people than it convinces
b) anyone who still doesn't understand just how badly the electorate got conned in '08 probably isn't salvageable
c) anyone who doesn't understand that the "Republican" candidate in '08 was almost as bad wasn't paying attention.

Maybe 53% of the 'voting' population got 'fooled' into voting for a Marxist, its also true that a lot of conservatives found the Republican nominee to be a RINO and just stayed at home.
That's what happens when you allow three tiny non-representative states choose who the nominee is. The electoral system is set up to favor candidates that get their licks in the early voting.
I somehow doubt that the next Republican nominee is going to be a squish and will have solid conservative credentials to run against the current avowed Marxist.
