He's talking about the Middle East protests and demonstrations:
Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan predicted on Sunday that America faces imminent uprisings that mirror those in the Middle East.
"What you are looking at in Tunisia, in Egypt ... Libya, in Bahrain ... what you see happening there ... you'd better prepare because it will be coming to your door," Farrakhan said in a booming voice, thousands of followers cheering in his wake.
Farrakhan also called on President Barack Obama to allow protesters to march, urging the president not to attack innocent people when they do.
The president would certainly allow those that agree with him to march... and those that do not, he'd simply send in his Union goons.

You have to wonder sometimes whether nuts like him really believe the stuff they sling. The actual linked story is a bit sparse on the motivations - though he DID say that L. Ron Hubbard is "is so exceedingly valuable to every Caucasian person on this earth,” - which brings to mind the old story about Hubbard and a group of SF writers in Southern CA in the late '40s. All sorts of 'religions' were popping up, run by charlatans looking to make a quick buck, and it seemed the crazier the better. Ancient astronauts channeling Lemurian priestesses? Sure! People would throw money at you.
Hubbard bet that he could come up with a religion that was so nuts that nobody would believe it.
He lost the bet.
As it is, I think Screwy Louie is doing another of his 'The white man is evil' routines, looking to score both some cheap points and some quick bucks from the folks he's threatening. He's betting he'll attract a wide spectrum of support, because things are just SO similar between the situations in Libya and Egypt and here in the US.
And I think he's going to lose.

I can never tell, but I think for people like Farrakhan their whole life revolves around striking the match. It's the same as a powerful, charismatic person telling others to go out and get in the opposition's collective faces.

DaveD - I think there's some who have invested their whole lives into the civil rights struggle, to the point where they literally cannot admit that things are much better now (and are continuing to get better) - because to do so would wreck their self-identity as a 'crusader for the downtrodden'.
And cut off their revenue, besides. (See Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton - the race-baiting poverty pimps who make a living out of sowing discord...)
There has to be friction, discontent and trouble. No friction - no funding. No funding - and they might have to work for a living!

The demonstrations/riots will happen in cities like DC where they can guarantee sympathetic media coverage. Of course Farrakhan is living in the past when the MSM could control the message and a sympathetic MSM would edit out all the unflattering occurrences of violence against bystanders.

Didn't I remember this scenario playing out in a cheap dime-store novel in the 1960's?
The same story certain radicals used as a basis for inciting mayhem in the early 1980's?

I'll add my voice to the others above: I'll have my 12 guage in hand, and my wife will be covering the back door with her 20.
My advice: keep a civil tongue in your head, and don't threaten us with violence. We can have a simple discussion, and then I'll ask you to leave. If not, you can't leave.

Farrakhan has nothing at all to do with the "civil rights struggle" (although it is true that some of that movement's old warriors just can't see their own achievements), he is a street hustler who struck upon the Big Con and is still milking it for every dime he can.
It's a bit nostalgic to hear Louie and The Fruits playing their Golden Oldies again, especially since he had been keeping a very low profile since Obama became a contender.
