Listen to Colmes. As long as he votes the right way, and hasn't broken any laws (presumably Colmes would insist on a conviction - innocent until proven guilty, and all that), then he is suitable for Congress.
We're not talking about whether Weiner should be incarcerated. I'd like to think we could expect a little more from Congressmen than from accused criminals, and judge them by a slightly higher standard. We are, after all, relying on their judgment (God help us).
