Jabar Gibson arrives in Houston in a bus commandeered from New Orleans. While much of the fleet sat in flooded lots, Gibson grabbed a bus and a load of people and headed out for Houston.

Gibson couldn't escape his past, as he was recently busted for intent to distribute heroin and reckless driving in New Orleans.
