As much as I hate to admit it I think the RIAA lawsuits will have an effect on P2P.

I think you're absolutely right. I've read that those who are using Limewire, Grokster, etc., the recommendation is to disable file sharing. I would simply suggest whittling down what one shares. Large amounts of files available for downloading raises a red flag.
