This Is Not Something You See Everyday

I saw a story on my local news tonight about a deputy who was indicted for murder, then had the charges dropped because someone on the Grand Jury had checked the wrong box. They meant to check the box indicating no indictment. Maybe this is something that happens from time to time, but is only making news now because this is a high profile case, but it is something I have never seen. Bob Owens compares the Grand Jury form to a butterfly ballot and has the details of this most unusual case.
