Terrorists applaud Democratic debate

As reported by Hyscience:

Let there be no doubt that the Democrat's debate encouraged terrorists:

Abu Nasser Aziz, the deputy commander of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the northern West Bank, told WND last night's Democrat primary debate proved "the invasion of Iraq was judged by Allah to be a failure. America needs to stop letting its foreign policy be dictated by the Zionists and the Zionist lobby. The Democrats understand this point and want to prevent this scenario."

Full post at link above.

Now consider this in terms of Kim's post below: the Democrats advocate a policy which meets with the approval of the terrorists, and one which not only achieves the goals of the terrorists for them, but gives them every possible strategic advantage in the process.

The question for the Democrats is no longer, "Whose side are you on?" They've answered that, loud and clear. It's not ours.

What many on the left fail ... (Below threshold)
Chris G:

What many on the left fail to understand is terrorism is phsycological warfare. Where terrorists are successful in directly influencing politics (Spain 3/11), they are equally adept at influencing politics indirectly such as causing as much mayhem in Iraq in full view of camaeras for CNN and the BBC.

As a matter of fact, when Bin Laden, Abdminijhad, and other people who applaud terrorists activity quote Michael Moore, Cindy Sheehan, and various Demorat pols, one has to give pause to who is the actually dupe in this whole debate. Bush's failure to prosecuate this war properly is not the flip side of the same coin of actually sharing a common meme with the enemies of the US (who were avowed enemies before Iraq by the way).

The funny thing is that the MSM speaks of the mayhem caused by the terrorists in Iraq and around the world, talk about our failed foriegn policy, interviews Abdiminijhad, report about Iran and Syria's involvement with Hezbollah/Hamas' actions against Israael and Lebanon, but fail to mention these same parties support the Democratic Party.

What many on the right fail... (Below threshold)

What many on the right fail to understand is that they are victims of that psychological warfare Chris G speaks of, and are quite simply no longer able to reason their way to of this mess.

GWB43 is the chief victim.

It's not funny at all. To the extent it's even true, it's irrelevant. If the Aryian Brotherhood agrees with Republican strategy, does that mean we can equate the two?

Depends. Is the Aryian Brotherhood a few fringe nutjobs typing out Manifestos in their basements, or are they a millions-plus dangerous worldwide movement intent on overthrowing Western democracies thru suicide bombs, military attacks, mass murder and other acts of war and terror, that we are currently at War with?

If so, then they'd be relevant, too.

Sorry for the bogus trackback I just left. The Old War Dogs post does link to a Bill's Bites post that links to this one but it doesn't link here directly. Delete the trackback if you'd like. That's what I get for keeping both sites open in adjacent tabs.

Zelsdorf Ragshaft III:

Les, you can not reason with people like the trolls who infest the site. They so hate the President that they would rather see us defeated than to have a Republican success. This is true even if it further endangers America. For them it is all about politics and nothing about the nation. They are controlled by evil men (Soros and Markos) who hate American and only wish to make money. Question Les, how much do you think Hillary would charge for a night in the Lincoln Bedroom if she is elected? I believe Bill charged 50K.

It will be too late, but we will have absolute proof that the President is right. The first terrorists attack in the United States will shoot down all of the dummycrat arguments, prove they have been and are aiding the enemy, and result in thosands of lynchings, I hope.
Even the democratic slime ball Tenet knows and stated the terrorists are here and waiting. They hope to get a democrat in power before they attack so nothing will be done (by the government) about the attacks. Bad news for the terrorists and the democrats, the American people will take action against both of you.
The democrats have pushed the American people to the edge so they can't complain when the backfire and revenge begins.

Maybe the Dems and the Hollywood Left believe that if they appease the terrorists, they will leave us alone.

The problem with that is that the Hollywood Left would be their first targets. They despise Sean Penn's lavish lifestyle, and his visits to Iran won't mean a thing when they get their reckoning.

Nope. Sorry. George "open borders" Bush. Automatic co-conspirator, no matter what, who, why, or how.

Yes, ask old Joe Lieberman how the Dems. treat "zionists" now.

We've never seen this in 150 years--outright sedition and hate against the country by a significant group of its citizens.

I hope we never see it again. It's ugly.

Actually, he was attempting to use reason. Others, like you, clearly lack that capacity.

What I read on this site is... (Below threshold)

What I read on this site is interesting rhetoric, to say the least. I read "dummycrats", by one intellectual. A rousing claim that dems fear a "Republican success". And a post says that terrorists are waiting for a dem in office so they can attack unabated. WTF is this all about? First and foremost, any person who says that GWB has a positive affect on society is not only blind, but deaf and cant read. Cmon, I mean what has he done? Repub or Dem can see that he has totally thrown us into a situation that cannot be "won". The only way to militarily end the threat of terrorists is to kill every last muslim. Is that what is wanted? It is true that you cannot appease crazy people. But, no one ever looks into history to see why we are in this situation today. It is true that Israel has much to do with it. But the way the West has laid plunder to so many civilizations for their own advancement is the true culprit. And I as an American am just as responsible. But it can be reversed. Not thru killing all who disagree, but thru diplomacy and a true change in value and direction. We cannot kill them all. Impossible.
