Ann Coulter, Dr. Phil, Alan Colmes and Scott McClellan

This post title sounds like the opening to a joke, but it is actually a list of the people Ms. Underestimated found chatting on the Dr. Phil show about Obama, single mothers and some other topics. It is a really interesting segment and worth a look.

Here's a true rendition of ... (Below threshold)
Take the test.FIRS... (Below threshold)

Take the test.

FIRST QUESTION: Who IS the actual and lawful 44th President of the USA?

ANSWER: Joe Biden

Biden was initially the Acting President for at least 5 minutes under either the Constitution's Article 2 or the Constitution's 20th Amendment, from 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, having already taken his Oath of Office and before Obama completed his 'oath' at approximately 12:05 PM, 1/20/09. Under the 20th Amendment if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively under Article 2 if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon 1/20/09, which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 oath "before he enter on the execution of his office," then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment. (The importance of the oath in 'commencing' an 'Obama Presidency' -- rather than merely the 1/20/09 Noon time -- is confirmed by the re-take of the 'oath' by Obama at the White House on 1/21/09 after the first 'oath' was NOT administered by Justice Roberts NOR recited by Obama in the words as required under Article 2.)

This is significant because at such time that the Supreme Court finally rules on the merits on Obama's disqualification as not being an Article 2 "natural born citizen" (clearly he is NOT), Biden's automatic status (without needing to take a separate Presidential Oath) of being President would be predicated upon four different bases: First, having been Vice President under Article 2; second, having been Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment; third, having been actual President in the hiatus before Obama took the 'oath(s)'; and fourth, retroactively deemed President during the full period of the Obama usurpation so that the acts of the Federal Government under the usurpation can be deemed authorized and/or ratified by Biden's legitimacy.

SECOND QUESTION: Who will be the 45th President?

ANSWER: Hillary Clinton

One must assume that Bill and Hillary Clinton have been aware of all of the above. Biden's wife recently "let the cat out of the bag" on the Oprah Show that both Biden and Hillary had considered alternatively Veep or Secretary of State, in either case, setting up Hillary to be President on a vote of the Democratic Congress if need be.

THIRD QUESTION: Is Obama an unwitting victim of this troika or a knowing participant?

ANSWER: Yet undetermined.

Okay, JFO, that was funny. The part where Damien spins his head around as he wheels back down the hall was a riot. She's never been a real conservative, but really good for confusing the public.

I will try to have one up for you later today, for your venting pleasure.

Mr. Drummond, please point out where my posting is in error, yet alone making an "insane" statement. Seems to me the insanity lies in those who will not nor cannot see what is an obvious usurpation under the United States Constitution -- which is precisely why a number of cases are now pending on this before the Supreme Court (which thus far has only denied injunctive relief, but NOT YET HAS RULED ON THE MERITS.)

Is the Supreme Court insane or paranoid in accepting, docketing and conferencing these cases?

You're full of more sh*t than 40 acres of cow patties.

Let me guess, you also believe the tripe about B. Hussein Obama taking the oath with his hand placed on the Koran?

Its all the rage in moonbat land.

Is anyone going to discuss ... (Below threshold)

Is anyone going to discuss the video in the post or is this thread going to devolve into a contest of who can vomit the nastiest name at someone else?

I thought the video was very interesting in that Ann was taken seriously. Dr. Phil allowed her to make her points uninterrupted and listened to what she said. It's amazing that when Ann can get her points out the crowd reacts generally positively. Most show hosts refuse to let Ann finish an point before they launch into a flurry of attacks and name calling. I'm thinking of her appearance on The View.

I especially appreciated the point she made about how the Republicans are labeled the attackers when in reality, they are the victims of attacks. She rattled off several examples and the crowd seemed to agree with her. As an example she mentioned how the crowd at Obama's inauguration booed President Bush. She contrasted that with 1981 at Reagan's inauguration. Even though we were suffering through a debilitating recession, 20% interest rates, 20% inflation, and hostages in Iran, no one in the crowd booed Carter.

I also enjoyed the back and forth between Ann and Alan. Dr. Phil might want to bring them back again to discuss other issues.

I found it interesting that... (Below threshold)

I found it interesting that Ann was very open minded about Obama, saying that she was willing to see what he did and how it was somewhat different from what he said during the campaign, but Alan couldn't say anything without doing his Bush bashing.

What are the liberals going to do now that Bush is no longer around? Can they stop the Bush bashing and move on?

As always the messenger is ... (Below threshold)

As always the messenger is attacked. Ann cites truth and we all know how liberals react when that happens. Her personal appearance is a non issue, heck Scott McClellan looks like Elmer Fudd reincarnated in human form.

The only reason the crowd was so receptive to Coulter is because the crowd was packed with FReepers, Young Republicans and other rightards who had reserved most of the tickets.
