Today's quote of the day comes from Emily Yoffe who writes in today's Washington Post-

But maybe the IRS, in an effort to find scofflaws, should have every American nominated to a Cabinet post, given the salutary effect it seems to have on one's memory of taxes unpaid
It makes you wonder what other memory lapses Daschle is having.
