Companies like New England Healthcare, Aegis Insurance, Ruby Tuesday, AMF Bowling Worldwide, Cracker Barrel, Dish Network, CIGNA, Sanderson Plumbing Products Inc., Aetna, Jack in the Box, Captain Elliot's Party Boats, and TriPak?

Or unions like IBEW No. 915, UFCW Allied Trade Health & Welfare Trust, Asbestos Workers Local 53 Welfare Fund, Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 123 Welfare Fund, UFCW Local 227, UFCW Maximus Local 455, Local 25 SEIU, UFCW Local 1262, Transport Workers and Local 802 Musicians Health Fund?

The Obama Administration recently handed out 111 Obamacare waivers to special US companies... And, they're hiding this from the American public. It takes 6 clicks to find out this information on the government's health care website.

Unfortunately, if you're a small business or you don't have the right connections you can't get a waiver for your company.

That's the new reality under the Obama-Pelosi regime.

So there's 111 more reason to repeal Obamacare.

As if we needed more.

This was not an error. This was intended to force companies into the arms of the government. In order for companies to keep operating they will need to keep coming to the government to get waivers for the restrictive regulations that keep pouring forth from DC. In turn these companies will be forced to 1) enrich government insiders and their friends and 2) comply with additional, extralegal burdens that the government seeks to put on industry that it cannot pass by normal means.

The point is to turn every company, every citizen into a supplicant to the government. SO far they are succeeding.

In your comment #6, you accuse us of not reading a previous post in which it is said that the insurance company for McDonalds will drop coverage without a waiver from Obamacare. We are pointing out that many companies and labor unions are requesting waivers from Obamacare - proof that Obamacare is not a good thing. Is your point that this is old news? Everyone knows Obamacare is bad or is it something else? Please advise.

Well Stan2, we are racists by definition of not agreeing with obama on the issues. Is there any other definition for the word racism? I realize that you can find a definition that most dictionaries today would define as archaic that defines racism as hatred or discrimination against another based on their race, but the left has made that definition quite meaningless in common parlance.

And oddly enough your link is exactly to the point. obama's BS law has made it so onerous for companies to provide health benefits that they would rather drop all their employees rather than comply. So his administration is giving every major corporation that asks a waiver. I wonder how much money they are required to give before they get it? I wonder if a company with a history of supporting conservative issues would ever get a waiver?

I suspect that as soon as a company with sufficient financing and public stature get refused that there will be a lawsuit on equal protection grounds. That is if the whole things hasn't been done away with through the courts or by congress first.
