Weekend Caption Contest™ Winners (Wizbang)

This week's Weekend Caption Contest™ was another masterpiece. I really wish I knew something about the picture so I could give you a little background on it, but I suspect it's just one of those photos that's made the rounds over the years. The assignment this week was to caption the following picture:
