Rock the Vote

(Posted by Matt from Overtaken by Events)

Daniel P. Finney writes a nice little article about the Democratic candidates and their theme music. I, and I alone I’m sure, have always found this fascinating. As much as I supported Ronald Reagan, I always found his use of Born in the USA a little disconcerting. On the other hand, Bill Clinton’s constant blaring of Fleetwood Mac’s “Don’t Stop” was absolutely perfect, eliciting images of a man with his balls hanging out while a woman stares lovingly at his crotch. What could be more Clintonesque?

Since it’s Friday and you certainly have nothing better to do, let’s find some new and more fitting tunes for our beloved Dems.
