Girls gone wild, Massachusetts style

I’ve only been to a Chuck E. Cheese once, and while I really have no interest in going back, I kinda wish they’d had one in northern New Hampshire while I was growing up. Pizza, video games, and all that other stuff all under one roof — it woulda been my Nirvana.

Or at least, I used to wish that, until I read this story.

Short version: three young “ladies,” ages 21, 18, and 14, decided to hog the instant photo booth for about an hour. And when one mother, there with her husband and their 11-month-old daughter, asked if they could get in a single quick picture, the ladies in question let her — then when she came out, started giving her a major-league beatdown.

The father was holding the baby, so it fell to other patrons to haul the young ladies off the mother. She ended up going to the hospital with numerous bruises and other injuries — including one bruise running from her shoulder to her elbow.

On second thought, maybe I ought to spend some time at a Chuck E. Cheese. Sounds like they could use a little volunteer security.
