And while Americans’ median wealth is down 43% since 2007, Congress members’ net worth has jumped 28%.
I’ve long thought that elected federal officials should be required to place their assets in a blind trust.
Indeed, 5 of the top 10 richest counties in the United States are in the greater Washington DC Area.
Folks, our founding fathers located the nation’s capital in a fetid swamp before air-conditioning was invented… It’s supposed to be a place to be avoided.
